5. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
6. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
7. No Obligation to Monitor
We are not obligated to monitor the material posted on our website, but we reserve the right to review and remove any content that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.
8. User-Generated Content
If content is user-generated, we will make reasonable efforts to remove infringing material upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. However, we cannot guarantee immediate removal of all reported content.
